Media Planning & Negotiations

In developing my client’s media plans, I gather detailed information on the target audience and potential media vehicles utilizing information such as sex, income, education, occupation, credit card usage, purchasing habits, household possessions, and more. Then, I analyze their marketing objectives and zero in on the target audience and assess the information to determine the best media mix for their campaign.  This qualitative information is then quantified with media ratings to ensure that the media vehicles reach the target audience efficiently.  Once all this is accomplished, I can coordinate the media buying for them in all areas, from a local schedule to a regional or national campaign.

Media Buying & Implementation

After deciding on the most effective campaign approach, I then directly negotiate for the best available rates resulting in the most efficient and effective media buys.  Since I purchase large amounts of media time on a regular basis, I have secured exceptionally low rates for the most effective dates and times. I have the ability to create individualized packages for specific media outlets, such as cable, radio, and online.  Reaching the right audience with the right message at the right time means you my client get more for their advertising dollar.

Media Review

I then generate media review reports for each media buy as a whole. If the schedule deviates in any way from the original approved plan, I negotiate on behalf of my clients for credits or adjustments. I then supply my clients with adjusted affidavits and media buy reports in an easy-to-read format.  All of this is done on a regular basis so my clients can clearly see the progress of their campaign.

Campaign Review and Analysis

Ultimately, I can generate a complete report of the overall campaign goals and objectives, and compare them to the actual campaign accomplishments.  This allows me to determine where the campaign has been successful and what if any changes need to be made.  My clients can expect an accurate analysis because their success ultimately reflects on my own success.
Detailed reports can be created to analyze the effects of your campaign at certain times of the day, areas, or regions reached, and even an analysis of profits earned over the course of the campaign.  My aim to specifically pinpoint our areas of success so we can always have a thorough understanding of today’s changing market.
