3 – Step Video Production Process

When considering using video as a means to market your business or organization, here are three steps we follow when beginning your project:

1.  First, we meet with you and your team to define the purpose and goals of the video: we start your video project by clearly defining what it is you want the video to accomplish.
What do you want to achieve with your video: branding, sales, information, entertainment, etc.?
Who is your target audience: businesses consumer, age, income, sex, etc,?
How is your video going to be viewed: online, on television, at trade shows, etc.
What is your total media budget: this includes: concepts, production, and media cost.
Answering these important questions will help you and us create a video that is effective and meets all your media objectives.

2.  Creating your script and storyboard: Once you have a clear idea of the purpose and goals of your video project, you can start working on developing a script. The script should outline the key messages and points you want to convey, the story you want to tell, and any key visuals or graphics that will be included.

3.  Plan the production and post productions requirements: The next step is working with you and your team to plan the production of your video. This includes deciding on the locations,  casting actors or hiring voiceover talent, and securing any necessary props or special effects. It’s also a good idea to create a rough timeline for the production process, including key milestones and deadlines.

4. Media place and distribution of the video: the final step is to implement your media strategy ensuring your video is seen by your target market effectively,
